Dagmar Bürger is a trauma-informed psychotherapist (pre-accredited), somatic yoga teacher, and the creator of Synaptic Integration Therapy™ — a method that gently blends science and soul to support deep healing and nervous system regulation. With a background in psychology, energy healing, yoga, and clinical hypnotherapy training, Dagmar brings a grounded, integrative approach to emotional wellbeing. Her work is rooted in compassion, deep listening, and a belief in each person’s inner capacity to heal. Through her unique lens — informed by both scientific understanding and intuitive insight — she helps therapists and healers deepen their work with clients through calming, body-based methods like the SIP Protocol™.
