About the course

Synaptic Integration Therapy™ (SIT) is a trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapy approach that works with the nervous system, the body, and the subconscious mind to support deep and lasting change. Rather than focusing only on thoughts and verbal processing, SIT gently guides clients into a more relaxed, receptive state where healing can happen on a deeper level. By working in this way, patterns can be accessed, understood, and integrated — not just intellectually, but experientially. At the core of this approach is the understanding that lasting transformation does not come from insight alone, but from creating safety within the body and allowing the nervous system to shift. This Level 1 training introduces the foundations of the SIT approach, including the use of the SIP Protocol™ — a structured method to guide clients into an alpha brainwave state, supporting regulation, awareness, and therapeutic depth. Throughout this course, you will learn how to: – support nervous system regulation in a therapeutic setting – integrate somatic awareness into your sessions – work with clients in a more embodied and intuitive way – create a safe and grounded space for deeper processing This course is designed for therapists, coaches, and practitioners who are looking to deepen their work beyond traditional talk-based approaches, and to support clients in a more holistic and effective way.
